Are Returns are accepted ?

No returns are not accepted as all are genuine products . All products are tested and checked for any damage before leaving our warehouse .

What if the package is damaged in transit ?

We pack all the products very carefully after proper checking in our warehouse . If you believe the product might have damaged ,please share the proof of unboxing video to within 2 days of receipt of package . If we determine that the product has really damaged , the product will be replaced free of cost .

damage is considered only if the product is broken with Unboxing video from the beginning to end of your Unpacking.

We cannot process the request if there is no unboxing video or the 2 day period has expired .

What if the package is lost in transit?

If the package is confirmed as lost by our courier partner , we will initiate the full refund to your original payment method . Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Can I cancel an order ?

Yes . To cancel an order, please contact us using e-mail or mobile number .

Orders can be cancelled before the product is shipped from our warehouse and full refund will be provided .

Orders can be cancelled after the product is shipped from our warehouse , but refund will be provided after deducting the shipping charges both forward and reverse .

Orders cannot be cancelled once it is delivered .

Is Warranty available ?

Warranty , if available for a product have to be claimed from respective manufacturers .
